At Embark Vet, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
